If I took the time to share with you my thoughts, fears, past and ideas of the future then I must have believed you were my friend, important, significant even. It takes years to break down these walls. So I take a deep offense when things change. But it is finally time for me to let go. For me to suck it up and stop over-thinking and just live. Life is too short to waste discerning things that won’t matter in a few years.
